January 22-February 14

Since COVID-19 has even reached into the backwoods of Foggy Valley, the Goodin Family has volunteered the use of their Goodin Family Funeral Parlor, Taxidermy, Wedding Chapel, and Tanning Bed building as a Coronavirus Vaccination Center. Rich and the poor alike, gather at this location to receive the vaccine, and that is where the pandemonium begins! Three thugs: Shank, Slick, and Cluck have been given instructions by the mysterious Mob Father to kidnap the rich Mrs. Worthington. But confusion and chaos occur when Mama Goodin happens to be a “dead ringer” for the rich aristocrat and is taken by mistake. Spoolie and Wilfred Goodin, along with family friends, Reverend Clyde and his sweetheart, Clementine Hogg, and the resident Taxidermist, Judy Miller, must find a way to raise money to pay off Mama’s ransom.

Can the Goodin Family come up with a way to raise $1,000,000?  How will Mama escape her kidnapper’s clutches? Considering how crazy her family is, will she even WANT to escape? All will be revealed in

“Foggy Valley: Kidnap Caper.”

More Than Just A Man

Easter 2021

March 19 - April 11

“More Than Just a Man” is told through the eyes of the outcast, both rich and poor.  As Jesus embraces His destiny to suffer as their Messiah, the most rejected are drawn to His words of hope and redemption.  Several stories from the Birth and leading up to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus through the eyes of people of ill repute like Mary Magdalene, find themselves broken before a loving Savior.  The backstories of other obscure characters in the Bible unfold in this powerful musical narrative.  From witnessing incredible miracles and seeing many healed and raised from the dead, these misfits become believers.  Their redemption comes at a price as their dreams are crushed on a cross at Calvary.   Little do they know…their Hope will rise again.

In the Valley

Septemer 3-19, 2021

“In the Valley” is a 1920’s retelling of the story of Job in the familiar setting of the Appalachian Mountains. Job is represented by a young woman named Johanna. Her mother and coal-mining father, Bella and Zeke, instilled their love for God and family into Johanna and her two younger siblings. Their unofficial “Mamaw” Ruby always brings herbal remedies and laughter into their home. In spite of their financial situation, Johanna is set to have a bright future in front of her with a scholarship to school and her fiancé, Ben, by her side. Johanna has countless reasons to praise God for His blessings, until tragedy hits and her life is drastically changed forever. Will Johanna continue to sing how great God is even when things have all gone wrong? Can she continue standing for God when some of those closest to her begin accusing her of secret sins? Thankfully, the God on the Mountain top is also the God, “In the Valley.”
